COMMENTS:
DANNY AND CHRISTINE HAVE SEX!
Last week, Christine returned to GC and there’s a lot for her character to do. She’s there for Cane and Genevieve, but there’s also a place where Paul needs her. At the GCAC, Chris runs into Danny who also in town for personal reasons. Bell is thrilled to be reunited with Michael Damian. For their characters passion takes over. For the first time in a long, there are no strings attached with either of them. They are adults making a decision and it’s just to in the moment. Chris is easily backed into Danny because he’s such a safe place for her. She’s free, he’s free and GCAC has room upstairs. After they make love the two discuss what would happen next for them. She ask, what do you think about getting back together and making it work, but the logistics are impossible because of their careers. Chris and Danny return downstairs, where Paul and Phyllis witness them disheveled. They are not apologizing, Bell points out. For Cricket its more, but she wish Paul hadn’t witnessed it. Paul says, “It must be good to see Danny again.” With Paul and Phyllis there, it really feels classic.

Paul suspicions about his son increase when this week Ricky’s college acquaintance, Craig is a no-show for a meeting with Paul.
The intensity of this game of cat and mouse is getting much tenser and very serious, notes Scott Hamner. Paul’s fears about Ricky are distressing and Ricky is getting more urgent to prevent Paul from discovering things about his past. Ricky sees more and more like his mother, so that wily and cunning threat that Isabella posed to Christine seems to be repeating itself. In his quest to dig up skeletons from Phyllis’s past, Ricky orders Daisy to obtain a key to the redhead’s penthouse, which he wants to search. Daisy has no choice but to swipe it from her MIL’s purse. At the same time that Daisy is trying to form this happy family, Ricky now becomes an obstacle because he’s threatening to reveal how she was able to get the baby away from Daniel. Ricky is willing to take that risk that this could backfire on him if it will help to control and manipulate Daisy. Ricky and Daisy enter the penthouse and start snooping. At the same time Daniel realized that Lucy’s pacifier is missing and decides to head over to his mom’s home. Just before he arrives, Ricky finds a business card from Dr. Tim Reid, a psychiatrist. This is that golden nugget he’s been searching for. Ricky and Daisy hear someone at the door and hide when Daniel hear someone at the door and hide when Daniel enters. Daniel finds the pacifier and exits. Ricky makes Daisy make a copy of the key before getting it back to Phyllis. Later, Ricky researches Dr. Reid on the internet and contacts the shrink, lying that he’s working on a book about Phyllis. Since she blackmailed Tim and nearly ruined his career, Reid does not have anything positive to say about Phyllis. “We’re going to see a Tim who would like nothing better than to see Phyllis suffer, slowly and painfully.”

As Hope’s big day fast approaches, Brooke begins to panic that her daughter wants to reconnect with her estranged biological pop, Deacon. Both are unaware that he’s agreed to work with Bill in exchange for his freedom from the clink, even if it means hurting Hope. Deacon is Bill’s last-ditch effort to sort of put an emotional wrench into her world. He’s thinking that Hope will wither and fall apart and not show up to the wedding, previews Diamont. “Deacon is supposed to follow his instructions to the letter or he’ll go back to prison. Bill’s sneakiness does not go unnoticed by Katie and Karen and he’s forced to cover. Bill is flying the warden back and forth and not telling Katie and doing what he does, so it’s not w/o some trepidation. Bill thinks he’s doing what’s best for Liam and thinks Liam is never going to find out. Bill is not concerned about Brooke’s wrath should she discover that he is behind Deacon’s return to town. He is also not worried about Deacon staying around as his sole purpose is distracting Hope. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Bill, Hope has a plan of her own and informs Eric that she wants to have Deacon walk her down the aisle at her weeding. Clearly that’s not what Bill intends. That will throw his plans right out the window. He anticipates that she’ll be seeing Deacon for the first time since she was an infant and that will just throw her into a tizzy, Diamont teases. “Deacon is an unsavory character and he thinks that he’ll pop up out of the blue and Hope will fall apart.” But will she?”

Marcus gets an earful this week, courtesy of an accidental butt dial from his pop Justin. Marcus is minding his business and his phone rings so he picks it up and is like are you there? He’s listening and he hears Bill and anytime you hear Bill’s voice you pay attention, notes Texas Battle. It’s a little muffled, but he starts to understand and it becomes clear to him what they are talking about. Marcus realizes that Justin and Bill are trying to sabotage Hope’s wedding. He does not believe what he’s hearing, explains Battle. He doesn’t understand why Justin is going along with Bill and it unnerves him. Marcus and Hope are blood cousins and he doesn’t want her to get hurt. He confronts Justin about it and things turn sour. Marcus is conflicted and now he needs to make a decision on how to handle the situation. Will he tell Hope the truth before the big day?

’Fatal Honeymoon’ Lifetime Movie To Feature Life of Gabe & Tina Watson; Stars Y&R’s Billy Miller, Amber Clayton & Harvey Keitel
The creators of Lifetime movie Fatal Honeymoon have promised to delve “deep” into the psychology of Gabe Watson (pictured), who pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of his wife, Tina Watson. Watson’s wife died while scuba diving on their honeymoon dive in 2003.
Watson, 35, served 18 months in prison before his release in November 2010. He was accused of tampering with his new wife’s scuba equipment to pocket in excess of $200,000 insurance money. His eight-day “murder for money” trial in Alabama was dismissed this February for lack of evidence.
THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS Emmy winner Billy Miller is playing Gabe Watson, while Amber Clayton plays Tina. Hollywood heavyweight Harvey Keitel will play Tina’s father, Tommy Thomas, whose determined pursuit of justice will be a focus of the movie, producer David Parker says. Parker’s wife, Nadia Tass, is directing the film.
The screenplay, written by Melbourne’s Mac Gudgeon, will center on Tommy and his fight for justice over his daughter’s death.
Former Australian soap stars, HOME AND AWAY’s Gyton Grantley and NEIGHBOURS’ Damien Richardson, also appear in the film.
The film is currently being shot on the Gold Coast in Australia.

Kyle is on his way back to Genoa City, all grown up, and “it’s fair to say Nikki is not his favorite person,” confirmed Blake Hood, who is playing the now-college-age son of Jack Abbott and the late Diane Jenkins.
Blake, who many know from his recurring role on 90210 (Mark Driscoll), said Kyle has come back to town without an agenda, despite the fact that the woman (Nikki) who killed his mother is still living in Genoa City and has just rekindled a romance with Jack. “Kyle comes back to town to be close to his Dad, to move on with his life. I don’t have it in for anyone. I want to live a happy, full life.”
This is Blake’s first role on a daytime drama. “I’ve played a lot of jerks - high school quarterbacks, bullies - even a rapist for a short stint. It’s nice to play someone who’s not written to be such a troublemaker,” he said. Plus, since he’s not replacing anyone, there’s a freedom to “do whatever I want with the character. I haven’t seen these people in 15 years so the relationships can be as new as they are to me because it’s been so long.”
Blake noted that he was initially taken aback by Y&R’s pace. “One take and let’s move on - that was a surprise. You have to learn how to use what little rehearsal time you have.”
Blake’s co-stars have helped with the transition to daytime and made him feel welcome. He noted that his onscreen Dad, Peter Bergman (Jack), “is so gracious, cares so much about being good. Not just himself but collectively. Every day he says, ‘How can I make this the best it can be?’” Blake said onscreen cousin Marcy Rylan (Abby) “has been a sweetheart,” and shared that he had a short scene with Eric Braeden (Victor) on his first day of taping. “Working with Eric is different than working with anyone else,” he said. “And it’s delightful - he’s awesome.”
When last we saw Kyle, he was headed off to boarding/ hockey school. Interestingly, Blake played hockey all through high school in his native Dallas. These days, though, you’re more likely to find him on the basketball court, engaging in CrossFit, building furniture or relaxing with friends. It definitely sounds like Blake is enjoying a happy and full life. Stay tuned to see if Kyle is able to do the same!

She loves Liam so much and would do anything for him but she had an idea of what their life together would be like and it hasn’t turned out that way. Victor vs. Victoria
With Genevieve rethinking what to do with BON, Victor is more determined than ever to get his company back. However there’s a new player to contend with. He learns that Victoria is interesting in becoming the new owner. “She is the one who made BON the success it is,” reminds Co-Head Writer Scott Hamner. “This is about reclaiming an achievement that is significant one in her life.” Victor accuses his daughter of going after BON because of his collusion with Chelsea and Anita. “Victoria denies it, the way her dad always denies that he has a hidden agenda,” says Hamner. Later, Victor gets a reality check from Michael, who warns his client that he doesn’t have as many liquid assets since he lost the lawsuit filed by his children. “It’s also a different game now with him having to answer to a board,” Hamner explains. “The challenge for the Newman’s is always how to honor their very genuine familial ties while often being put into conflict over business.
